Rumours are swirling about the iPhone 17 Pro series, and one of the biggest changes might be a completely redesigned camera setup. This time, the camera island could stretch almost all the way across the back of the phone.
There are plenty of renders and dummy models for all four iPhone 17 models online, but this is the first time we are getting a peek at cases for the Pro versions.

The image, shared by Sonny Dickson on X (formerly Twitter), shows that the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max might feature a much larger camera bump.
Apple’s Pro iPhones have looked pretty much the same since the iPhone 11 Pro. If these leaks are legit, this would finally be the first big design shake-up in years.
As for specs, the iPhone 17 Pro series is expected to pack a 48MP main camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor, a 48MP ultrawide lens, and a 48MP periscope lens with 5x optical zoom. There’s also talk of 8K video recording coming to the entire lineup.
Rumour has it that the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max might let you record with both the front and back cameras at the same time—right from the built-in Camera app. Sure, you can already do this with some third-party apps, but having it as a native feature would be a game-changer for many users.
