Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge: Leaked Specs, Design & Release Details

The phone is an ultra-slim 5.85mm, but that sleek design comes with compromises: a smaller battery and only two cameras.

Samsung is only a few weeks away from launching its ultra-slim Galaxy S25 Edge, but thanks to a leak, we don’t have to wait until the official event to see what’s coming.

WinFuture got its hands on images and spec sheets, revealing almost everything about the new phone.

The S25 Edge is incredibly thin at just 5.85mm, and Samsung is using some new materials this time. The back panel sticks with Gorilla Glass Victus 2, but the display switches to Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 instead of the Gorilla Armor 2 used on the S25 Ultra.

It’ll be available in three colours: Titanium Silver, Titanium Icyblue, and Titanium Jet Black.

Inside, the phone packs a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB of RAM, and either 256GB or 512GB of storage. The screen is a 6.7-inch LTPO AMOLED with a sharp 1440p resolution.

One trade-off for the slim design is the battery—it’s staying at 3,900mAh. That’s 1,000mAh smaller than the Galaxy S25+ and 100mAh smaller than S25. On the plus side, the phone is super light at just 163g.

As for cameras, the S25 Edge will feature a 200MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 12MP front-facing shooter.
