Just when you thought Vivo had moved on to the X300 range, they have circled back to the X200 series with a bit of a surprise. The new Vivo X200T has just arrived, and it is being positioned as a flagship-lite option. It sports a triple Zeiss camera setup and a last-gen flagship chip, paired with a big battery that should keep even the most demanding users going all day.
Under the bonnet, the phone is powered by the 3nm Dimensity 9400+ processor. You can spec it with up to 12GB of RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of fast UFS 4.1 storage. On the software side, it is running OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo are also being quite generous with support here, promising five years of major OS updates and seven years of security patches, which is great for longevity.

The display is a 6.67-inch Zeiss Colour Master AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits, which should make it perfectly legible even in direct sunlight. The whole front is protected by Schott glass, while the body itself uses a premium metal frame with glass panels and a rugged IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.
For the photographers out there, the X200T features three 50MP Zeiss-branded cameras on the back. The main wide-angle sensor is joined by an autofocusing ultrawide and a 3x telephoto lens. Around the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera tucked away.

Powering everything is a 6,200mAh silicon anode battery. It supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, but the clever bit is the bypass charging feature. This allows the phone to draw power directly from the cable during heavy gaming or intensive tasks, preventing the battery from overheating or wearing out too quickly.
At the moment, the phone is on sale in India in Stellar Black and Seaside Lilac. Prices start at INR59,999 (~RM2,572) for the entry-level model and go up to INR69,999 (~RM3,000) for the higher storage version. There is no word yet on whether this one will be making its way to the Malaysian market, but we will be keeping a close eye on it.
