Nothing has released a new file-sharing app called Nothing Warp. It is designed to make moving files between your Android phone and your computer, whether you are on a Mac, Windows, or even Linux, a whole lot easier.
You can grab the mobile app for free from the Google Play Store right now to get started. To get the desktop side of things sorted, you just need to install the Warp extension from the Chrome Web Store. It works with Google Chrome or pretty much any other Chromium-based browsers like Microsoft Edge or Brave. Once you have got the software on both ends, you simply sign in with the same Google account to get everything synced up.
On your phone, Warp tucks itself neatly into the standard Android share menu, so it feels like a native part of the OS. Nothing reckons the whole experience is effortless, allowing you to flick files, web links, snippets of text, and photos back and forth between your devices easily.
As for privacy, the system handles transfers through your own Google Drive. This means Nothing does not actually store or look at your data itself; it is essentially using your existing cloud storage as a private bridge to keep your files moving securely.
