Acer Malaysia just dropped some new gaming gear as part of their Acer Day 2025 celebrations—a slick OLED monitor and a gaming desktop. Let’s break them down.
Predator X27U X2

First up, the Predator X27U X2 packs a 27-inch WQHD Quantum Dot OLED panel with stunning true blacks, vibrant colours, and an 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio. It has a 99% DCI-P3 coverage and it hits a buttery-smooth 240Hz refresh rate and a near-instant 0.03ms response time, plus AMD FreeSync Premium Pro to keep screen tearing in check.

Connectivity is future-proof with HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort, so it plays nice with both high-end PCs and next-gen consoles.

Comfort and eye care aren’t overlooked either—it comes with an adjustable ErgoStand and features like BlueLightShield Pro and Acer VisionCare to reduce strain. OLED burn-in protection keeps the display fresh over time, and with a Delta E ≤2 rating, colour accuracy is on point.
Acer Nitro 50

Then there’s the Nitro 50 (N50-660), a compact gaming desktop. It’s built with an 18-liter chassis and packs some pretty beefy hardware, including up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 265F CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 GPU. That means smooth gaming, AI-enhanced performance with DLSS4, and solid content creation chops thanks to NVIDIA Studio support.

The design keeps things cool and connected, with Wi-Fi 7 for lag-free online play and air-venting bezels to help with airflow. The NitroSense utility lets you tweak fan speeds and monitor performance on the fly.
Pricing and Availability
The Predator X27U X2 is going for RM1,999 and is already up for grabs on Acer’s eStore, Shopee, Lazada, and authorised retailers.
As for the Nitro 50, there are two versions:

Both are available now through Acer’s official stores. If you’re looking to upgrade your setup, these might be worth checking out.
