Apple just dropped the dates for this year’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) and it’s happening on 9 to 13 June. As usual, there’ll be online sessions for developers, plus the big keynote kicking things off on first day of the event at Apple Park.
Apple is expected to unveil the next-gen versions of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS, with a fresh new look inspired by visionOS—think sleek, glassy UI elements.
Even the WWDC logo’s giving us a sneak peek with that translucent “25.” According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, iOS 19, iPadOS 19, and macOS 16 are shaping up to be some of the biggest updates in Apple’s history.
The goal? A more unified experience across iPhones, iPads, and Macs—finally making them feel like one seamless ecosystem. The redesign takes cues from visionOS, with fresh new looks for icons, menus, apps, and even system windows.
Gurman says iOS 19 will be the most radical mobile update since iOS 7 (2013!), while macOS 16 could be the biggest Mac redesign since Big Sur (2020). Basically, Apple’s giving its whole software lineup a modern, cohesive makeover.
