Apple’s 2025 iPad Pro Could Be A Game-Changer For FaceTime And Selfies

It could come out as early as October this year.

Apple is reportedly gearing up to launch a new iPad Pro later this year, and it might come with some interesting upgrades. The device is expected to feature the next-gen M5 chipset, along with a surprising new addition to its camera setup.

According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the new iPad Pro could include selfie cameras that work in both landscape and portrait orientations.

This means users wouldn’t have to awkwardly adjust their grip just for FaceTime calls, selfies, or Face ID, it would work seamlessly no matter how you’re holding the tablet.

Gurman also added that we could see the M5-powered iPad Pro as early as October 2025, sticking to Apple’s usual 18-month refresh cycle. Apparently, mass production is already in full swing, so it won’t be long before we get the official details.
