CelcomDigi has officially launched Mega Gegar 20 Juta, marking its largest nationwide customer appreciation campaign to date.
To celebrate the milestone of serving over 20 million Malaysians, the telecom giant is rolling out RM20 million worth of prizes, exclusive deals, and tailored promotions across its entire product ecosystem. The promotion runs from 23 July through 30 September 2026.
At the heart of the campaign is a massive rewards pool featuring 20 grand prizes alongside more than 70,000 bonus prizes, with a heavy emphasis on Samsung tech gadgets and smart home gear. Subscribers can enter by completing eligible transactions starting from as low as RM20, which unlocks a digital mystery box for a chance to win something.
Bonus prizes will be distributed in four distinct cycles across the campaign period, while all participants remain eligible for the top-tier grand prizes. Highlight rewards include a Smart AI Home Makeover in partnership with Samsung and The Makeover Guys, a Proton e.MAS 7 electric vehicle, international holiday packages, local staycations, and exclusive access to Live Nation concert events.
Customers can qualify for the mystery box draws through several ways. Users can sign up for or upgrade to a prepaid monthly internet pass from RM30, or subscribe to postpaid, CelcomDigi One, or Home Fibre plans starting at RM50.
Device upgrades via the Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat schemes also qualify, as do purchases of Mega Add-Ons, Freedom Add-Ons, digital security packages, entertainment subscriptions, and international roaming passes priced from RM20.
To bolster the campaign, CelcomDigi is attempting a record-breaking 42-hour promotional livestream titled Mega Gegar 20 Juta Live on TikTok. Scheduled from midnight on 31 July until 6:00 pm on 1 August, the broadcast will showcase flash deals, exclusive giveaways, and steep discounts on hardware and mobile accessories. These limited-time offers will be accessible online through the official portal as well as physically across participating stores nationwide.
