CMF Phone 2 Pro Officially Revealed; Retails For RM1,199

Now you can even switch up the camera with snap-on lenses (macro and fisheye).

Nothing’s sub-brand CMF just dropped its first Pro phone, the CMF Phone 2 Pro, and took its modular approach to the camera this time.

Under the hood, the Pro phone runs on a Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset—a tweaked version of the one in the first CMF Phone, now with a 10% faster CPU and 5% faster GPU. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, plus a microSD slot if you need extra space.

The display is slightly bigger at 6.77-inch (up from 6.67-inch). It’s a 1080p screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colour, and HDR10+ support. Brightness hits 1,300 nits normally and peaks at 3,000 nits, with 2,160Hz PWM dimming to help with eye strain. It’s also protected by Panda Glass.

For cameras, the CMF Phone 2 Pro steps up with a 50MP main sensor that’s 64% larger than the one in the Phone 1, according to the company. It shoots 4K video at 30fps (or 60fps at 1080p) and has AI-powered stabilization.

This time, there are two extra lenses: a 50MP telephoto with 2x optical zoom (and 20x digital) and an 8MP ultrawide with a 119.5° field of view. The selfie cam stays the same at 16MP.

The coolest part? You can now swap lenses—there’s a macro option and a fisheye for funky shots. Other new accessories include a universal cover and a wallet/stand combo. But the company didn’t say what the prices are for these accessories or when it will be available in Malaysia.

Powering it all is a 5,000mAh battery with 33W wired charging and 5W reverse charging.

CMF also bumped up the water resistance to IP54 and added NFC. It runs Nothing OS 3.2 (based on Android 15) and will get three major OS updates plus six years of security patches.

You can pick it up in three colours: White (with a sandstone finish), Black (frosted glass texture), or Orange (metallic sheen).
