Nothing’s sub-brand CMF quietly released the Watch 3 Pro, and it’s packing some solid upgrades over its predecessor. The new model features a precision-milled metal frame and a soft-touch silicone strap, giving it a more premium feel.
The display has grown to 1.43 inches (up from 1.32 inches) and is slightly brighter at 650 nits. It sports a sharp 466 x 466 resolution (326ppi) and a smooth 60Hz refresh rate. There are over 120 customisable watch faces to choose from, including animated and interactive options. And yes, the handy rotating crown is still here for easy navigation.
Battery life gets a boost too, with a larger 350mAh cell promising up to 13 days of typical use (without always-on display) or 3.5 days with AOD enabled. A full charge takes about 99 minutes. For context, the previous model had a 305mAh battery and maxed out at 11 days.

The bigger screen means a bigger body—the Watch 3 Pro now measures 47mm. Exact dimensions and weight vary depending on the colour you pick, since different finishes come with different bezels.
Fitness tracking gets an upgrade with 131 sports modes, covering everything from HIIT to yoga. There’s also smart activity detection, so the watch can automatically start tracking workouts. Before you dive in, it can even guide you through a warm-up with 3D animations.
For outdoor adventures, the Watch 3 Pro is IP68-rated and features improved dual-band GPS (L1 + L5) alongside GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS support.
Bluetooth calling is onboard, complete with dual MEMS mics, a speaker, and AI noise reduction. You can trigger certain functions with gestures—like flipping your wrist or giving it a double shake. Music controls and a quick-access DND toggle are also included.
And here’s a fun twist: ChatGPT is now on your wrist. Ask it questions, use it as a running coach, or record voice notes that get automatically transcribed. There’s even an Essential News feature that reads out headlines based on your interests.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro is available now in several countries for USD99 (~RM418.50), though there’s no word yet on a Malaysia release.
