Google just dropped the first teaser for their next-gen Pixel phones, the Pixel 10 series. A brief clip on their website gives us a sneak peek at what looks like the Pixel 10 Pro, though details are still light for now.
The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL will run on the new Tensor G5 chipset, with some impressive display specs. The Pro model packs a 6.3″ 120Hz LTPO OLED panel at 2,856×1,080p resolution, while the Pro XL steps it up with a 6.8″ 120Hz LTPO OLED at 2,992×1,344p.
Both screens hit a blinding 3,000 nits peak brightness and are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on the front and back.
According to leaked specs, both phones come with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. Camera-wise, they share the same setup: a 50MP main shooter, 48MP ultrawide, 48MP telephoto, and a 42MP front-facing camera.
The Pro model has a 4,870mAh cell with 29W wired charging, plus 15W wireless and Qi2 support. The Pro XL bumps that up to a 5,200mAh battery with faster 39W wired charging, along with the same 15W wireless and Qi2 compatibility.
Pre-orders are expected to start on 20 August, with the release date being 28 August. No words on when the phones will arrive in Malaysia.
