Huawei consumer business division CEO, Richard Yu, has been spotted using an unreleased Huawei foldable phone that is unlike any other foldable phones on the market.
The one he is testing is capable of triple-folding, like a pamphlet, as opposed to the conventional book style.
So if you are wondering when the company will release this device to the market, the CEO has an answer to that.
According to Mydrivers, at the Stelato S9 (Huawei’s electric vehicle) delivery ceremony, a customer asked about the unveiling of Huawei’s tri-fold phone and its availability. They were simply told by Yu that the device would go on sale “next month.”
The triple-folding smartphone is expected to unfold into a huge 10-inch display and be powered by Huawei’s Kirin processor.
Considering this will be the first triple-folding phone on the market, don’t expect it to be priced similarly to other book-style foldable phones on the market.
