It looks like Huawei is getting ready to drop a new Watch Fit, as some real-world shots of the Watch Fit 5 Pro have just surfaced on Weibo.
The design stays pretty true to what we know, featuring that familiar square face. This time around, there are some sporty orange accents around the casing paired with a matching woven strap. It seems Huawei is sticking with the same aluminium alloy frame, complete with the usual rotating crown and a handy quick-access button sitting just below it.

Side-by-side shots with the older Fit 4 Pro really show off the upgrades, most notably the much slimmer bezels on the new model. The screen looks like it has moved to 2.5D curved glass rather than the old flat panel, and it feels a bit roomier too. According to Winfuture, we are looking at a 1.92-inch AMOLED display, which is an increase of 0.1 inches from the Watch Fit 4 Pro (1.82-inch).

The screen uses an LTPO panel, which means you can expect a silky-smooth refresh rate for the interface and animations. If you are often outdoors, the Pro model hits a massive 3,000 nits of peak brightness, making it easy to read your notifications even in direct sunlight.
It features a titanium alloy bezel and weighs 31.6 grams, which is a tiny bit heavier than the last version, but the premium materials should make that extra weight worth it.
Inside, the Fit 5 Pro is powered by a 471mAh battery. This should give you around seven days of life with typical use, or up to ten days if you are being careful with power saving. Naturally, if you keep the always-on display active, you will likely need to charge it every four days or so. The watch is also packed with modern connectivity like Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and GPS. Plus, it is built to last with an IP6X rating and water resistance down to 40 metres.
Since the watches are already out there, it is a safe to assume that we will see the Watch Fit 5 series officially arrive soon.
