After weeks of rumours and speculation, Apple has finally given us a date. Mark your calendars for 10 September and set an alarm for 1 a.m. That’s when the next big launch event is happening, and the company is teasing it with the “Awe Dropping” tagline. Sounds like they’re confident about what’s coming.
So, what’s on the menu? The full iPhone 17 series: the standard iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Air, and the Pro duo, the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max.
All eyes are on the Air, though, which is set to replace the Plus model. The big sell is its mind-bending thinness, coming in at under 6mm. But that sleek profile has some trade-offs, like a single rear camera and a pretty small battery.
It’s not just the Air getting a glow-up, either. The Pro and Pro Max models are also in for a major redesign, a fresh new look that should set them apart from any iPhone that came before.
