Malaysia offers a variety of e-hailing services, including Grab, AirAsia Ride, InDrive, Maxim, among others. Recently, the Estonian-based company Bolt has entered the Malaysian market, adding another contender to the already competitive e-hailing landscape.
Lalamove, a popular on-demand delivery platform, has now expanded its services to include “Lalamove Ride,” an e-hailing option.
Malaysian users can book a ride directly through the Lalamove app, which currently offers only Sedan type cars.
Similar to Lalamove’s e-courier service, payments can be made through the in-app Wallet or with cash.
At present, the e-hailing service by Lalamove is available exclusively in the Klang Valley area. Interested individuals can access Lalamove Ride via the mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring they have the latest version of the app installed.
