The Phone (3a) Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It features a 6.77-inch OLED display protected by Panda Glass, boasting a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 10-bit colour depth.

Nothing has placed a strong focus on the camera system of the (3a) Pro. The primary camera features a 50MP 1/1.56″ sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and OIS. Additionally, it includes a 50MP 1/1.95″ f/2.55 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, which Nothing claims can be extended to 6x zoom using its TrueLens 3.0 engine and AI enhancements for improved image quality. Rounding out the rear setup is an 8MP ultrawide camera. On the front, there’s a 50MP 1/2.76″ f/2.2 selfie camera.

The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 50W fast charging, capable of reaching 50% charge in just 19 minutes. It also features IP64 dust and water resistance and introduces an Essential Key located below the power button. This programmable button is designed to simplify tasks, allowing users to organize content and quickly capture and send media to their Essential Space.

Nothing promises three major OS updates and six years of security patches, starting with NothingOS 3.1 based on Android 15. The (3a) Pro is available in Grey and Black colour options.

The standard Phone (3a) shares many of the same specs, including the 6.77-inch OLED display, Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip, and up to 12GB/256GB memory configuration.

However, the camera setup differs slightly. While it retains the 50MP f/1.88 main camera, it swaps the periscope telephoto lens for a 50MP 1/2.74″ sensor with 2x optical zoom. The 8MP ultrawide camera remains unchanged, but the front-facing camera is a 32MP f/2.2 sensor.

The battery and charging capabilities are identical, with a 5,000mAh battery and 50W fast charging. The IP64 rating, Essential Key, and the same software update promise (three major OS updates and six years of security patches) are also present. This phone is available in Black, White, and Blue colour options.

Both the Nothing Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro are set to launch in Malaysia, though the brand has yet to announce local pricing or availability details at the time of writing.
