Nothing has started dropping hints about a brand new smartphone, and it looks like this one is going to be a budget-friendly option, sitting below the Phone (4a) lineup.
Dubbed the Nothing Phone (4b), it is set to make its global debut on 7 July 2026. To drum up some excitement, the company shared an updated design sketch that gives us a fresh sneak peek at what the device will look like.
The sketch reveals a pill-shaped vertical camera setup nestled inside a larger rectangular island. It looks chunky enough to hold at least a couple of camera sensors. Right next to it, there is another pill-shaped cutout that will probably house the LED flash and an autofocus sensor.
There is also a horizontal strip across the island that looks a lot like the lighting feature seen on the Nothing Phone (4a), though it is hard to tell just yet if it is a functioning light or just a cosmetic design choice.
On top of the official teasers, the upcoming phone has popped up on Geekbench, giving us a look at some of the key specifications under the hood.
A mysterious Nothing device with the model number A009P, which is expected to be the Phone (4b), made an appearance on the benchmarking platform.
The listing shows that the handset runs on a Qualcomm SM6650 chipset, which is the technical name for the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4. According to the benchmark, it is paired with 8GB of RAM, an Adreno 810 GPU, and is running the latest Android 16 software.
