OnePlus Malaysia has officially launched the Nord 5 and Nord CE5, and both models are now open for pre-order.
OnePlus Nord 5
The Nord 5 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen3 chipset, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and a big FHD+ 6.83-inch Swift AMOLED 120Hz display. It packs a huge 6,800mAh battery with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, so you won’t be stuck waiting around for a full charge.
For cameras, it has a dual setup on the back—a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide—while the front features a 50MP selfie shooter.
OnePlus Nord CE5
If you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, the Nord CE5 is the way to go. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chip, 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and has a 6.77-inch 120Hz Super Fluid OLED display.
The battery is even bigger at 7,100mAh, which OnePlus says can last up to 2.5 days on a single charge and supports 80W SUPERVOOC charging as well. Camera-wise, it has a 50MP main and 8MP ultrawide on the back, plus a 16MP front-facing camera.
Pricing and Availability
The Nord 5 is priced at RM2,299 for the 12GB+512GB model and comes in three colors: Phantom Grey, Dry Ice, and Marble Sands. Meanwhile, the CE5 costs RM1,499 for the 8GB+256GB version and is available in Marble Mist and Black Infinity.
