Perodua just dropped a surprise at the KL International Mobility Show (KLIMS) 2026 by unveiling their brand-new concept electric vehicle, dubbed the Perodua C2 Concept.
This odd-looking B-segment sedan marks a pretty wild departure from what we are used to seeing from the local carmaker. According to Paultan, C2 stands for Chapter 2, and it is meant to showcase a completely fresh styling direction. The whole project was handed over to their younger designers, who drew inspiration from the digital-native Alpha and Beta generations to sketch out their ultimate vision of tomorrow’s EV.
It is not just about the futuristic looks, though, as Perodua is aiming for total tech integration here. The company’s boss, Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Ahmad, explained that they have deeply integrated their P-Circle super app right into the prototype.
The goal is to create a seamless world of convenience for drivers, handling everything from a secure e-wallet application to booking priority deliveries for genuine parts.
