Qualcomm is branching out from its iconic Snapdragon chips for phones and PCs with the launch of its new Dragonwing brand, targeting industrial and enterprise technology.
Dragonwing delivers AI processing, energy-efficient computing, and advanced connectivity, catering to sectors like energy, manufacturing, telecom, and more.

The technology is designed to power a range of devices, from industrial cameras and drones to robotics. Beyond future innovations, Dragonwing also encompasses existing platforms already deployed in supply chain systems, utilities, and manufacturing.
The brand will make its official debut at Mobile World Congress next week (3 – 7 March), followed by Embedded World a week later (11 – 13 March), where Qualcomm plans to showcase products and partnerships.
Qualcomm says the name Dragonwing symbolises progress and innovation, with its purple branding blending Snapdragon’s red and Qualcomm’s corporate blue.
Snapdragon will continue to represent Qualcomm’s consumer-focused products, including chips for smartphones, laptops, and wearables. Dragonwing, on the other hand, clearly distinguishes the company’s business and industrial technology offerings.
