RedMagic has just dropped its new flagship gaming phone here in Malaysia, the RedMagic 11 Pro, and it’s packing some seriously impressive specs for the hardcore mobile gamer.
At its heart, you’ll find the top-tier Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, which can be paired with up to a staggering 24GB of RAM and 1TB of super-fast UFS 4.1 storage. It doesn’t stop there, though. A dedicated RedCore R4 co-processor handles all the background essentials like haptic feedback, audio tuning, RGB lighting, and touch response. This means your games should run smoother and the phone can manage its heat more efficiently.

The display is a 6.85-inch BOE X10 AMOLED screen with a buttery 144Hz refresh rate and a sharp 2688 × 1216 resolution. With a peak brightness of 1,800 nits and an insane 3,000Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, your inputs should feel almost instantaneous. It also uses high-frequency PWM dimming to be easier on the eyes in the dark, and the front camera is tucked neatly under the screen for a completely uninterrupted view, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
Powering all this is a massive 7,500mAh battery, which RedMagic says can deliver up to 7.4 hours of full-frame Genshin Impact, 12.5 hours of livestreaming, or over 34 hours of mixed use. When you do need to top up, it supports 80W wired and wireless fast charging, and it can even reverse charge other devices.
Of course, all that power needs cooling, and the 11 Pro has a rather clever system for that. Its AquaCore liquid cooling is the first mass-produced system to use circulating fluorinated liquid. It’s built around a huge vapour chamber, uses liquid metal, and includes a tiny TurboFan that spins at a mind-boggling 24,000 RPM. The result is up to 50% better heat dissipation, which should let the phone perform at its peak for longer gaming sessions.

On the camera front, it sports a triple-lens setup with a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 2MP supporting camera, plus a 16MP selfie camera under the display.

The gaming experience is rounded out with dual stereo speakers, a dynamic X-axis vibration motor, and upgraded 520Hz shoulder triggers that now work in portrait mode as well.
For connectivity, you’re looking at the latest WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, alongside NFC, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, and the increasingly rare but always welcome 3.5mm headphone jack. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner handles security.
