These mid-range phones also come with six years of OS and security updates.

Samsung has introduced three new additions to its A series lineup—the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26—targeting budget-conscious consumers.

All three models boast a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering a peak brightness of 1900 nits (1200 nits in high brightness mode). Additionally, they come with an IP67 rating, making them resistant to water submersion up to 1 meter for approximately 30 minutes.

The devices share several key features, including the latest OneUI 7.0 based on Android 15, with Samsung committing to six years of OS updates and security patches. In terms of connectivity, all three phones support 5G, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS + GLONASS, and NFC.

Powering the trio is a robust 5,000mAh battery. However, the Galaxy A56 and A36 support 45W fast charging, while the A26 is limited to 25W charging. Notably, none of the models include a charger in the box.

The Galaxy A56 has an aluminium frame, while the Galaxy A36 and A26 feature a polycarbonate chassis.
