Samsung Galaxy S25 FE: Expected Specs & Release Date

Not much of an upgrade over the S24 FE.

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE is gearing up for a release, likely landing in August or early September. If the leaks are accurate, we’ve got a pretty clear picture of what to expect under the hood.

According to Android Headlines, powering the phone is the Exynos 2400 chipset, a small step up from the Exynos 2400e in the S24 FE. It’ll come with 8GB of RAM and your choice of 128GB or 256GB of storage, no expandable storage, as usual.

The display is a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a 1080×2340 resolution, might be using LTPO for better power efficiency, and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, plus Gorilla Glass Victus to protect the display.

Camera-wise, there’s a 50MP main shooter with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. Selfies are handled by a 12MP front camera. Keeping everything running is a 4,500mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging.

The phone is fairly slim at 7.4mm thick, with dimensions of 161.3 x 76.6mm and a weight of 190g. The design will most likely be very similar to the S24 FE.

It’s also IP68-rated, so dust and water shouldn’t be a problem. Out of the box, it’ll run Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8 layered on top.
