Spotify Rolls Out Exciting New Features For Users

But, some of these features are only available to Premium users.

Spotify just dropped a bunch of new features to enhance your listening experience.

First up, Premium users are getting a revamped Queue with a cleaner design and quick controls for Shuffle, Smart Shuffle, Repeat, and Sleep Timer. You’ll also see what songs Spotify suggests after your queue ends. Don’t like autoplay or Smart Shuffle? You can toggle them off fast in Settings.

There’s also a new, simpler Hide button that removes a track from a playlist across all your devices. And if you hit Snooze, that song won’t pop up in your recommendations for the next 30 days.

Playlists now have quick-access buttons at the top for Add, Sort, and Edit. Plus, in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and South Africa (might be coming to other countries soon), you can turn your Liked Songs into a playlist—just filter by genre and tap “turn into a playlist.”

The mobile app has a new “+” button in the bottom corner for making playlists, collaborating with friends, or joining a Blend. In some regions, Premium users also get Jam for group listening and AI Playlist, which turns your random ideas into playlists. Oh, and Your Library is now the third tab at the bottom.

Spotify says these new features are “gradually rolling out” starting now, so keep the app updated if you want to try these features.
