Touch ‘n Go (TnG) just dropped a new limited edition NFC card, and it’s fancier than others. This one’s got a built-in LED, which is a first for them.
The card has a little lightbulb that lights up whenever you tap it to make a payment. It also flashes when you top up your balance through the TnG eWallet app. The LED probably runs on the radio frequency from the NFC card itself, so no batteries needed.
This card is priced at RM27.00, but it seems to have already sold out online on TnG’s official Shopee store. But don’t worry—there’s still a chance to grab one.
The company says they’re still available at their Nu Sentral and Bangsar South hubs. Since it’s a limited edition, you might want to hurry if you’re keen on getting your hands on one.
