Vivo X300 Series Design Officially Revealed

Vivo has officially pulled back the curtain on the design of its upcoming X300 series, giving us a clear look at what to expect from the new flagship duo. Moving away from the curves of previous models, both the X300 and X300 Pro adopt a noticeably flatter, more angular frame with softened corners for a modern look.

The standard X300 model is showing off in a pair of fresh, youthful colours: a light blue and a light pink. The more premium Pro variant, meanwhile, is sticking to the classic tones of black and beige.

Around the back, both phones are equipped with a triple camera system, though their layouts give away their different personalities. The Pro model sports a more substantial camera bump, hinting at its superior hardware, while the vanilla model’s array is a bit more understated.

Speaking of cameras, the spec rumours are certainly exciting. The standard X300 is tipped to pack a 200MP main sensor, joined by a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. Not to be outdone, the Pro is rumoured to go even further with a dual 200MP setup for its primary and telephoto cameras, alongside a 50MP ultrawide. On top of all that, Vivo promises both devices will be slimmer and lighter than their X200 predecessors.

Under the hood, the series is powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. The X300 series will make its official debut in China on 13 October 2025.
