The latest Xiaomi tablet on the market is the Pad 6S Pro, which is a 12.4-inch 144Hz IPS LCD tablet powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and it was released in February 2024.
There are rumours that Xiaomi is planning to release new tablets under the Pad 7 series. For example, two tablets with the model numbers ‘24091RPADC’ and ‘2410CRP4CC’ were spotted recently at a Chinese certification agency.
Now, according to Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi could be planning to offer four tablets. The entry-level Xiaomi Pad 7 is expected to feature an 11-inch 144Hz LCD and be powered by either Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
Additionally, Xiaomi is anticipated to offer two Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered variants, one with an 11-inch display and the other with a 12-inch display. These models are also rumoured to include more advanced hardware, such as 120W wired charging and 24GB of RAM.
Furthermore, there might be an OLED version available, although currently, only its display panel type has been disclosed.
