To celebrate PlayStation’s 10th anniversary in China, Xiaomi has partnered with the gaming giant to launch a limited edition fitness tracker.
This special edition is essentially a Xiaomi Smart Band 9 Pro, but it comes packaged in a PlayStation-branded box, featuring a strap with the iconic PS logo and a commemorative card.
The Smart Band 9 Pro boasts a 1.74-inch OLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and an impressive brightness of 1200 nits.
Its aluminium shell is water-resistant up to 5 ATM, making it swim-proof and durable for daily use, and it weighs 24.5 grams only and measuring just 10.8 mm thin.
Health and fitness tracking features include heart rate monitoring, SpO2 measurement, sleep tracking, and menstrual cycle tracking. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy support for over 150 sports modes, built-in GPS, and a battery life of up to 21 days on a single charge.
Sony has not confirmed whether this PlayStation-themed fitness tracker will be available outside China. Since this limited edition celebrates PlayStation’s history in China, it’s unlikely to see a global release.
