After a lot of teasing online, Oppo has finally revealed its latest flagship phone, the Find X8 Ultra, aimed at photography lovers. Packed with high-end specs, this phone is designed to deliver top-tier performance and an exceptional camera experience.

Under the hood, the Find X8 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X-9600 RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. It runs on ColorOS 15, based on Android 15.
The phone features a large 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a 10-bit colour depth, a dynamic 1-120Hz refresh rate, and a sharp 3,168×1,440 resolution. The screen also boasts a peak brightness of 1,600 nits, making it great for outdoor visibility.

When it comes to cameras, the Find X8 Ultra doesn’t hold back. It has a quad-camera setup on the back, headlined by a 50MP 1-inch Sony LYT900 and two-axis OIS for stability. There are also two periscope telephoto lenses—a 50MP 3x zoom and a 50MP 6x zoom—along with a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view.

Plus, there’s a 2MP True Chroma sensor that helps improve colour accuracy and skin tones. For selfies, there’s a 32MP front camera with autofocus.
Keeping everything powered is a hefty 6,100mAh silicon-carbon battery, supported by 100W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and even 10W reverse wireless charging.
Oppo has also introduced two new physical buttons on the Find X8 Ultra. On the upper left side, there’s a customisable Shortcut button, while the bottom right edge has a Quick button, mainly for camera controls.

The Oppo Find X8 Ultra is available in three sleek color options: Matte Black, Pure White, and Shell Pink. Each variant features a smooth, matte finish that extends across both the metal frame and glass back for a premium, fingerprint-resistant look.

The phone is impressively slim for a flagship at just 8.78mm thick, and it comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, plus an IP69 rating for protection against water jets. Oppo also claims it has SGS five-star drop resistance for added durability.
