Just last month, Oppo took the wraps off the Find X9 series, but it seems the family isn’t quite complete yet. There’s a third member waiting in the wings, the Find X9 Ultra, and as you might guess from the name, it’s being positioned as the absolute pinnacle of the range, particularly where camera prowess is concerned.
A reliable tipster has let slip some rather enticing details about the Ultra’s photographic kit. Apparently, it will boast a quad-camera setup led by a whopping 200MP main shooter, using Sony’s new IMX09E sensor. They also mention a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, which is said to utilise the Sony IMX09A sensor. Rounding out the system will be an ultrawide camera and, intriguingly, a second periscope telephoto lens. The word is we can expect a full launch to come in April 2026 in China.
But that’s not all Oppo has up its sleeve. The company also seems to be catering to those who prefer a more compact device with the rumoured Find X9s.

This ‘small-screen flagship’ is currently tipped to pack the MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ chipset, a 6.3-inch display featuring an ultrasonic embedded fingerprint scanner, and a truly massive 7,000 mAh battery. If the chatter is correct, we could see this one arrive a bit sooner, perhaps as early as March.
