After months of anticipation and teasers, Oppo has finally announced the global launch of its thinnest foldable phone to date, set for 20 February 2025. The Oppo Find N5 is poised to make waves with its impressive specs and cutting-edge features.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor (seven-core version), paired with 16GB of RAM, and will run on Android 15 with the ColorOS 15 interface. It will also feature a robust 5,600mAh battery, supporting 80W wired and 50W wireless charging for fast and convenient power-ups.

In terms of cameras, the Find N5 will boast a versatile setup, including two 8MP front-facing cameras (one for the cover screen and one for the folding screen), a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP zoom camera, ensuring top-notch photography and videography capabilities.
One of the standout features of the Find N5 is its integration with DeepSeek-R1, as announced by Zhou Yibao, Head of the Find series. This integration will enable advanced functionalities such as online search, image generation, and the ability to save files locally.
However, it remains uncertain whether the global version will retain this feature. Due to the current situation in the United States and stringent AI laws in the European Union, DeepSeek-R1 might be replaced by Google Gemini in certain markets.
