Samsung is expanding its Galaxy S25 lineup this year with the introduction of the Galaxy S25 Slim, joining the flagship S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra models.
According to Smartprix, the Galaxy S25 Slim reportedly measures 159 x 76 x 6.4 mm, making it comparable in size to the Galaxy S24+ and the upcoming S25+, but significantly thinner. Even with the camera module factored in, its thickness is just 8.3 mm.

The device is expected to feature a 6.7″ to 6.8″ display, aligning closely with the S25+ in terms of screen size
The phone is rumoured to pack a 200MP main camera using Samsung’s ISOCELL HP5 sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera using the ISOCELL JN5 sensor, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.
Samsung is also expected to use its new ALoP (All Lenses on Prism) design for the 3.5X telephoto lens, which places the lenses in front of the prism rather than behind it to make the telephoto module more compact.

The phone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM, and running One UI 7 (Android 15).
However, the slim design comes with a cost to battery capacity. According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the S25 Slim will have a battery capacity between 3,000mAh and 4,000mAh.
The Galaxy S25 Slim might make an appearance or be teased at the Samsung Unpacked event on 22 January. However, it won’t launch alongside the other three models in the S25 lineup. Instead, its release is expected to follow later in May.
